Sound incompatibilities, and garbled sound are common problems with accelerated
SE's. I know that it is a problem with the Mobius, and with my own Total
Systems card. Most 68030 accelerator boards for the SE do not work well with
the SE's sound engine. I don't know of any company that has figured a way aroundthis problem. However, I was willing to accept it for the increase in speed
which I experienced with the board. It's just one of the things you have to
live with, but in the trade, you get a much faster Mac.
