  14. Thanks for all your input. After many conversations I decided that I
  15. was suffering from
  16. the-effect-that-looks-like-a-memory-effect-but-doesn't-exist effect. I
  17. ordered a discharger/recharger and will try it over this weekend. I
  18. have been told that if the TETLLAMEBDE effect is operative, I can
  19. restore the battery by several cycles of discharge and recharge. I'll
  20. report back with my results.
