  34. In fact get down to 0Mhz is not the point.
  35. But in order to be able to have a low power mode (LSTOP or whatever),
  36. they need to design a full static chip. And this has as a side effect
  37. that there isn't any more lower limit on frequency !

  39. In fact, LSTOP is (internally) about the same as fixing frequency to 0Hz
  40. (or something quite low)
