- Sounds pretty pointless... run the processor at 0Mhz! The *ONLY* possible
- reason for doing that would be the power consumption. But the 68332 has a
- low power stop 'LSTOP' instruction.

- the 332 is driven by a 32.678KHz watch crystal beaten up to 16.777MHz.
- Therefore using the divisors in the Clock Synthesizer Control Reg (SYNCR)
- you can get a nice ssslllllloooooooowwwwww 131KHz operation.
