- Which FAX/Modem card to buy? I would like to have the following features:
-
-
- 9600 SR FAX
- 9600 Data
- V.42, V.42bis
- MNP5 (do I care with V.42bis?)
- internal with 16550
-
-
- I would also like to be able to use this modem on a voice line. ie, I have read
- on this group somewhere about some technology that will auto-sense if the incoming
- call is a fax or not. Is this also possible with the modem?
-
-
- My current ideas are ZOOM, Supra, and Practical Peripherals. Anyone with any experience
- with this?
-
-
- thanks for any information,
-
