  20. The bank of 4 is used to select drive number, the bank of 8 is used to
  21. select the terminating resistor.   The bank of 8 should all be one direction,
  22. more than likely to "on".  To select the drive number you just turn the switch
  23. of the number you want it to be to on, and the other three off.
