- I have decided to buy the AOC monitor and have looked into its reputation,
- etc. For me, the decision was between the Viewsonic 7 and the AOC (both 17").
- The only advantage I heard of for the Viewsonic was its radiation filters
- (this wasn't too imnportant to me as I won't be spending TOO much time in
- front of it... besides, I eat sacharin all of the time). Anyway, the AOC
- had a smaller pitch (.26 vs .28), weighed less, and saved me ~$300. The
- picture looks great (It is running with the Diamond SS24X), and I would
- recommend it.
