  15. Does anybody know if there are any video editing packages for the IBM PC
  16. compatible; something like the Video Toaster on the Amiga?

  18. I've heard about the Video Blaster, but with this, you can only read in
  19. video images, and edit them. You cannot send the result back to either
  20. a video camera, or a VCR.
