- One of the information programs that tells you what you have installed
- says that my PS/2-80 (20 MHz) has a 16450 installed for a UART. I have
- spent a bunch of time looking at the motherboard (to find the chip and
- see if it can be replaced) and have been unable to locate it. Is a
- different chip used in that machine? Does anyone know if the chip can
- be replaced with a 16550? Thanks for any info ...
