  14. I just bought a 386-40mhz (AMD) motherboard which has an AMI
  15. bios in it. I am upgrading my system from a 286..
  16.  
  17. My problem, is after I put everything together..
  18. Upon boot up,
  19. I get
  20.  
  21. "No ROM BASIC" :-((
  22.  
  23. What did I do wrong??
  24. I have 1 3.5 floppy drive and an Adaptec 1542B controller
  25. with 1 SCSI Seagate hardisk.. 
  26. Everything is great until that..
  27.  
  28. I called my dealer and they said I must alter the Advanced chipsetup
  29. and the advance CMOS setup ..
  30. & I have to send in the whole system, they charge $50 + s/h :-((
  31.  
  32. Could someone on the net show me what to set? :-)
