- We have a few PS/2-80's with SCSI drives (120M?). Anyway we would like
- to put CD ROM's on them all. Apart from buying IBM ones does anybody have
- any experience with CD ROMs that work through the SCSI interface on these
- machines? Will they work? Clearly we can't use CD ROMs with proprietary
- interfaces since they are usually ISA cards and putting in an Adaptec
- SCSI card might be a problem given that the machines already have SCSI hard
- drives.
- Multimedia compatibility is not a major factor since they will be used to
- install IBM Mainframe software. However they will be used under OS/2 2.0
- if that's a factor.
- Thanks
