- The NE2000 is an inexpensive 16 bit Ethernet card. It was original
- made by Novell but when they stopped manufacturing hardware they
- turned it over to a company called Anthem. It is directly supported
- by Novell and even still says Novell on the box. I have never had any
- problems with these boards and for $150 they are a pretty good deal.
- The only real negative with them is the limited number of interrupts
- that can be selected. If you are not using a lot of interrupts for other
- things, there is no problem.
