- I just purchased some software ("Micro Cookbook") where the outside of the
- box said "Fully Guarranteed - Satisfaction and Quality". But when I read
- the manual inside, it said: "While we have made every attempt to test
- the software ...... we make no guarrantee as to it's operation and the
- buyer assumes all responsibility". (This is of course paraphrased - my
- memory's not good enough to remember the exact wording.)

- Doesn't sound like much of a guarrantee to me! However, "fully guarranteed"
- was written on the outside of the box - and it was shrinkwrapped. I've
- only found one bug in the software so far (it's pretty annoying, but you
- can work around it). So I guess I'll keep the software anyway ...
