- The problem is that the Vt100 *termcap* says to use BS to move the cursor
- to the left! As long as it does that. There is *no* way that any terminal
- or terminal program can do what you want.

- Check the termcap entry. It should have "bs" in it, with colons ":" seperating
- it from other items on the same line. There should also be an item that says
- "kl=\E[D". Note that the quotes are just to make clear what to look for. They
- aren't in the termcap file!
