  16.   You need the programmers manual for this. For older HP terminals, HP
  17. 2392A and earlier, the supplied manual contained this information. For
  18. the newer terminals the programmers manual is optional. Please look
  19. around at RAET for an older HP terminal manual or order a new one at the
  20. Dutch HP office.
