  13. This is just a followup article to summarize the info I received...

  15. Ytalk indeed supports the BSD4.2 and 4.3 protocols. So, installing this
  16. would be preferrable over having two versions of talk. Ytalk also allows
  17. conferencing, which is an added advantage. Note that Ytalk communicates
  18. with the existing talk and ntalk daemons!

  20. I compiled Ytalk with only a few minor problems on our HP9000/852, and
  21. I will submit a tar file to Iworks' collection of HP software.
