- Check out the "/etc/setld" command. With it, you can find out
- exactly where xhost and friends are in the distribution.
-
- xhost isn't a vanilla Ultrix app. As a matter of fact, most
- of the things in /usr/bin/X11 aren't automatically put in with Ultrix.
- They are in the subset called "UDXUNMIT420", which is the unsupported MIT
- X11 Components. Don't be fooled by the "unsupported". They all work,
- for all I've seen at least. It is on the Ultrix CDROM.
-
- To get a listing of all the files in that subset, you can use setld:
-
- % /etc/setld -i UDXUNMIT420
-
- You'll get a list of all files in that subset.
-
- % /etc/setld -i
-
- You'll get a list of all subsets, installed and uninstalled.
-
- % /etc/setld
-
- You'll get a little help in using the setld command.
