  36.   Even if you don't have the product on service contract. Your local DEC Field
  37. Service group should be able to sell you a replacement module on a "materials"
  38. basis (the way they handle non-contracted Field repairs is "Time & Materials"
  39. for costing). Try that. If it fails, let me know.

  46. ps. I don't think a chip level replacement will work, unless you can do a
  47.     better isolation than the diagnostics currently provide.
