- True, we use the same etch, and now the same CPU chips in the system, however
- many of the other latches, cache rams, and other things that are tailored
- to a specific clock cylcle time are different. (look on some of the cache
- rams, you'll see different speed designations)

- On top of that, the jumper changes the timing in the memory controller
- circuitry and lots of internal stuff in the CVMTC (CVAX Memory and Timing
- Controller) gate array.
