- This is the sixth try for sending out this article. This has become
- an obsession for me. My newsreader and the email-news daemon at
- ucbvax both are giving me immense trouble, but I **AM** going to see
- this article posted, in my lifetime.

- Yes.

-
- Yes.
-
- Of course, I had to hack the games a bit :-) so that you couldn't die, or
- had infinite lives, or were immune to enemy shots, etc.
-
- In Pastfinder, after you complete each stage, you get a new "ranking". The
- last "ranking" says "YOU ARE GREAT" and it doesn't change after that.
- (BTW, IMHO, Pastfinder has some of the best character graphics and animation
- I've ever seen. Very creative 3-D effects!)
-
- In Necromancer, after you complete the last graveyard, you get a not-
- too spectacular screen with horizontal bars of color flowing up and down
- from the center of the screen with a powerful fading musical chord in the
- background. Then you are returned to the title screen.

-
- Yes; you get a vertical scrolling view of the building, then see your men
- stationed at the top of the building closing the gateway to the netherworld
- with their beams. The game then continues as usual, with you getting some
- large sum of money for 'winning'.
-
- >Quasimodo...
-
- Never heard of this game, unfortunately.
-
- I think someone asked about Shamus. The last room has 2 vertical bars
- with a gap scrolling vertically (as with many other rooms in Shamus),
- and between the 2 bars lies the shadow. When you shoot through the gap
- and hit the shadow, a rainbow of horizontal lines, scrolling downward,
- fills the screen, and the message "Congratulations... but now it gets
- REAL HARD!" appears (or some similar message). You then continue on the
- next level of the game, back in room 1.
-
- Any other games anyone is curious about? I've completed a few other games
- (in similar fashion) in case anyone's dying to know the ending to a
- particular game.
