- Last night on GEnie, there was a RTC (round table conference) with the
- designer/implementor of the GEnie/Inet gateway. I (and others) asked
- about these issues and he said that they are delaying this access
- until they check out some security problems [just to be sure that it
- will work to _their_ standards, I believe.] They _do_ understand the
- value, but you need to understand that Unix is not the safest OS in
- the world, and just one security glitch could lose GE gobs of $$.
