  30. Mitchell Spector, don't listen to him. Blue Helmet is the fastest car
  31. racing game on the GS. Although it is unfinished, but it is actually quite
  32. fun to play (I am also a fan of OutRun and Amiga's Lotus, and Blue Helmet is
  33. really very fast compare to them). On my system, it runs at 23.5 frames per
  34. seconds, really very impressive.

  36. I like this game. Anybody willing to finish it? I am willing to pay $25
  37. shareware fees for it if it is finished.
