  12.   Well, I am finally posting.  And I've got a suggestion for this FST.  I
  13.   have a PC Transporter and I realize that devices off of the PCT chain
  14.   will work (according to reports I've heard) as MSDOS devices with this
  15.   forthcoming FST.  What I would like is for the FST to recognize the MSDOS
  16.   volumes that are created to simulate hard drives.

  18.   Here is the situation for people that don't own a PCT.  The software creates
  19.   a file on a prodos volume, which it fools DOS into thinking is a hard drive.
  20.   What I would like is for the new FST to recognize this file and treat it
  21.   like a folder.  Then you could click on the file and copy things into and
  22.   out of your MSDOS hard drive, without going into the PC Transporter software.

  24.   Is this possible?  Can an FST be written to do such a thing?  I am unfamiliar
  25.   with the design of FST's but I realize that this may cause problems because
  26.   the ProDOS FST is used to access the volume to begin with.  Also, is the 
  27.   format of the file released from Applied Engineering (or is this a stupid
  28.   question)?  Thanks for all your help with this.
