  19. "illegal infringement of trade practices".  CBM doesn't have a legal leg to
  20. stand on with this and if they were stupid enough to write that down,
  21. someone could have ripped 'em a new one.  Manufacturers are NOT allowed to
  22. dictate what retailers can sell or not sell.  Sheesh...
