  22. My guess is that all existing Amigas will be able to take the new chipset,
  23. but - depending on their power (CPU, width of Chip RAM, speed of its chips) -
  24. the number of screenmodes available will be limited. An A500 may be able to
  25. handle a low-res 256-colour screen, an A3000 the same in hi-res, and an A4000
  26. all modes.

  28. There may be 3rd-party hardware released (like a Chip RAM accelerator) which
  29. will enable the smaller Amigas to handle more screenmodes.
