  22. I have the same problem with a Viper streaming tape unit, I have been told
  23. that if you remove the  SCSI termination power conductor from the cable
  24. (only at one end) the Amiga will power up when the unit is off.

  26. The Amiga (Mac too) do not expect to find the SCSI units terminated
  27. internally that is they do not expect to find voltage on the SCSI Ter.
