- Maxtor has got to have about the most helpful customer support I've ever
- dealt with. Here are some ways to reach them:

- 1-800-262-9867 - 24 hour automated system to get drive specs, jumper info,
- probably just the stuff you're looking for. You can get a tech person
- on this number too but not 24hrs a day.

- 1-408-432-1700 - Sales dept, would probably refer your to the 1-800.
