- He doesn't know what he's talking about. The presence or absence of a
- black border is something controlled by the monitor. On a good monitor
- you have enough adjustment range to be able to size the picture to your
- taste. Personally I always want a small black border so I can run a
- extremely overscanned Workbench and USE all those pixels, instead of
- hiding them behind the display's bezel.
