- I've got a set of brushes (one for each character) that were
- created from a GRASP font file, and I would like to put them
- together into an Amiga font.
-
- Currently, I load each brush, one at a time, into Calligrapher
- 1.05, and zap it in. For each character, I have to:
-
- a. Widen the character edit area from 0 to whatever
-
- b. Load the brush
-
- c. Paste it in - moving the mouse to co-ords 0,0
-
- d. Select next character (there's a keyboard shortcut for
- this, so that's ok)
-
- Is there a faster way to do this? The manual says something about
- using Calligrapher to make a font out of brushes (so you can use
- DPaint to create the brushes), and says that one should load each
- brush as a pattern. I find that this makes the loading of the
- brushes in one go much more convenient, but step (b) after that
- becomes:
-
- b0. Select a pattern
-
- b1. Convert pattern to brush
-
- which I find even more hassle than loading each brush one by one.
-
- The key steps that I'd like to be quicker are widening the edit
- area and moving the brush to the right position to be pasted in.
