- Then he should remove the claim of Public Domain (if it's there). The two
- notices cannot apply to the same code. This sounds like a semantics
- problem, not an ethical problem. If he claims rights, then I would respect
- them (if I had whatever he wrote), but if it's PD, it's PD.
