  11. I had a similar problem - the cause was the 'rlogin' step.
  12. If you are on an Unix (tm) box, give rlogin -8; on VMS,
  13. rlogin /eight. The default rlogin uses _7_ bit connection,
  14. and binary files don't like this ...
