  23. I can get a V.fast modem today from Motorola Codex which is supposed to do 
  24. 24.4Kbps on the public network, and 115Kbps on lease lines..(and they will 
  25. upgrade it from free to the finalized V.fast standard one released)

  28. $1300 isn't a bad list price for the modem either, since the HST Dual Standard 
  29. lists for about the same price(and is alot slower)
