  11. I read the great comments about "ARCHIMEDES DISC RESCUE" and decided that
  12. it might be worth getting it for myself.

  16. So I send it away + 8 dollars for the exchange of currency, only to be sent an
  17. invoice for 4 pounds additional overseas postage.  It cost 4 pounds and 56 p,
  18. so if Look systems considers postage only costs 56 then it should write (+pp)
  19. for overseas orders.

  32. I think this stinks, I stopped buying Minerva software after Ancestry and now
  33. Look systems is about to follow.  There are good software houses I won't
  34. support bad ones.

  36. By the way I changed one byte in the first sector of a floppy with a disk
  37. editor.  The disk could still be mounted and the files copied off.  But I ran
  38. the disk repair program to see if it could recover the files.  It corrupted the
  39. disk and made the directory report that it was broken from then on and crashed
  40. whenever I ran any of the other applications.  So as a secure product - it may
  41. fall short of expectations.
