  15.     From the below data, what is frequency and compliance telling me?

  19. frequency:  -0.3749584 seconds
  20. compliance: -0.0002477 seconds
  21. timer:      28 seconds

  23.     I know that that it is indicating that there is a 3.3369ms difference 
  24. between this machine and its server, but I just can't get the feeling of 
  25. what frequency and especially compliance is supposed to tell me.

  27.     It says in the RFC, "compliance ... an exponential average of all prior 
  28. updates". How do I tie in these three values together?
