- Has anyone out there used wattcp as a gateway between incoming modem calls
- and ip?
-
- I'd like to have a lot of cheapo internal ibmpc modems plugged in a cheapo
- pc which also as an ethernet card. When someone calls up the modems,
- the call should be routed through the ethernet card to telnet to our unix
- hosts.
- There is some mention of something like this in the wattcp documentation,
- so anyone managed to make it work?
-
- Will this method be based on using the modems connections as slip lines or
- will they just send ordinary serial data?
- Please reply via email if possible as my usenet news connection is a bit
- flakey.
-
- thanks in advance,
