  18. My off the cuff guess is that you are failing a DNS lookup for
  19. some reason or other causing idmnt to wait for a DNS query to
  20. timeout (~20 seconds).  If you per chance had 3 DNS servers configured
  21. and the first 2 were bad; there's your 40 seconds....

  24. should quickly clear up your problem.
