- I just installed CAP 6.0 (p100) on a Sun workstation
- running Sun OS 4.1.2
- I chose enet and Native EtherTalk.
-
- However, when I started
-
- aarpd le0 my_name
-
- I got the following error messages
-
- open: /dev/enetXX: No such file or directory
- 18:07:41 09/03/92 pi_open: aarp_init: No such file or directory
- init_enet: network initialization failed
-
- I had made /dev/enet0 and /dev/enet1
- Have I missed anything?
-
- I am planning to print from Mac to Sun,
- with the Sun running Sun OS 4.1.2 and NewSprint 2.0
- and the Mac running System 6.0.7.
- can it be done without any gatway boxes (such as Gatorbox)?
- The Mac has an ethernet card and VersaTerm installed.
- What do I need to do on the Mac?
-
- thanx
