  16. I believe you're confused about what Profs is (or I'm not thinking about the
  17. same Profs as you are).  PROFS is not a network.  Profs is an office system for
  18. IBM's VM operating system, similar in some ways to All-in-1.  You can connect
  19. your VM system to BITNET with only a hardware connection since Bitnet is
  20. RSCS-based.  You can also purchase TCP/IP software for your VM system from
  21. several vendors, IBM included.  Once you've got TCP/IP, you can connect
  22. yourself to the Internet.
