  13. What causes WinCreateMsgQueue to return NULL?  I'm passing it what appears
  14. to be a perfectly good anchor block handle (returned from WinInitialize).

  16. More generally, does anybody have working sources for a simple program using
  17. the GPI functions that they'd be willing to post/email?  I have the VNR book
  18. on the GPI, but it's weak on basics.
