  30. Backing through NFSD gives me throuput of 1.5 Mb/s with 2 kb packets. 
  31. The rate is
  32. sustaned until 50-70 Mbytes, when the computer locks up. I have traced
  33. that lock up to a corrupted file on a HPFS partition. Touching that file
  34. by xcopy, grep etc. always freezes the desktop. Removing that file help 
  35. advanvce next 10-20 Mbytes, until the next corrupted file. It seems that 
  36. HPFS corrupts the files itself! I am using a 486/33 with a 660 Mbyte
  37. ESDI disk.
