  10. I recently had the need to format a disk in my A: drive (5.25"HD) and
  11. noticed that it simply does not work.  The disk will churn on and
  12. on and the format fails.  Why?  I think I have the most recent HPFS
  13. patch.  Is there another patch I need?  When is IBM going to consolidate
  14. all these damn patches into some semblance of order?
