  13. Has anyone tried Joel's new ATI drivers, version 1.01, the one where
  14. you no longer need the atipat.exe program to patch the drivers for
  15. your video card? And has a bunch of fixes. I have been using the older
  16. driver (1.0) just fine except for the dots that appears occassionally
  17. on the desktop which the new driver fixes. So I tried the new driver
  18. but now I get the "twinkle" effects. I went into DOS full screen
  19. mode as suggested but still get the "twinkles" when I come back to
  20. desktop. Has anyone used it successfully? But I'm back to the old
  21. drivers for now. Thanks.
