- I must be 'VERY LUCKY', as I've been using the 800x600x16 'seam-
- less' drivers here at work since June something, and have *ZERO* problems
- with either WP5.1 for Windows, Excel 4.0 for Windows, and an Windows
- based FPGA compiler by Lattice.
-
- The biggest *PAIN* has been by software
- types who forget to close the connection to the LPT ports when they
- check for 'Dingle-Berries' during use. When two programs try to get to
- the same port (without EVER releasing it), OS/2 says 'WHOA!'. So we
- have to exit one, then start the other.
-
- >(if OS/2 2.0 was here two years ago, I would buy stuff for OS/2), so I

- >Borland C++), and perhaps in 1-2 years I will upgrade the rest of the
- >Windows applications.
-
- The ONLY reason I still have DOS on this machine (OS/2 is in
- 'Dual-boot') is because *ONE* program I have to use will *NOT* allow
- any other memory manager than itself to be in control. Though, they
- are supposed to release a Windows version this FALL. (I've been bugging
- them to try and make sure it will be OS/2 capable).
