  22. PC MAG top 15 selling software list is based on retail sales.  Sales
  23. to customers direct from a manufacturer (IBM) are not counted.  A
  24. piece of software (OS/2) that is selling mainly direct will have only
  25. a fraction of its sales counted by PC MAG.

  27. Now OS/2 is starting to be available in stores, and thus sales by
  28. retailers will start increasing.  I could very well be that by
  29. end of year the sales will have increased to #8 on the PC MAG list.

  31. Is there anyway for PC MAG to count all sales rather than just sales 
  32. at retail locations.
