- My problems are Twofold.
-
- One) I was using Nbackup to do a lot of my archive librarying of file, now
- that I've 'switched over' I can't seem to restore any of the files I orignally
- backed up (to floopy) When it asks for disk n+1, I replace the floppy, close
- the door and wait. After a few seconds, Drive a's light goes out b's light
- blinks on for a few seconds and then goes out...then an Infinite amount of
- time passes as it never notices the floppy swap.
-
- two) I have version 2.3 of NCSA telnet, in a dos box you must load the driver,
- ne1000.exe/.com (not sure which it is) and then run ftp or telnet. This
- works fine if you do it by hand...if you try to get os/2 to do it when it loads
- a session (say a telnet icon) I get an 'illegal block device driver' error.
- Is there any way around this? (say a macro facility or something)
-
-
- Thanks a mucho
- Mike
