- Ahh, I thought OS/2 DID something to the migrated app so it behaved
- different/nicer.

- You were right: the idea of the database is that OS/2 automatically
- makes settings for optimum behavior of DOS programs, if it knows about
- the program. In my case, I could never get the Migrate operation to
- work in any reasonable way. I did need its "recommended" settings for a
- program, so I found the file from which OS/2 gets the settings, copied
- them onto paper (that's right--with a pencil, in other words), and
- entered the settings myself. If your program isn't included in OS/2's
- info file, then the Migrate facility can't even attempt to serve the
- hypothetical purpose that it has never served for me anyway.
