  29. Try these (one at a time):

  31. 1. Check the bus speed. Is it 8 or 10 MHz?
  32.  
  33. 2. Turn TURBO off - just for the install.
  34.  
  35. 3. Got a strange video card?
  36.  
  37. 4. Using mixed-speed RAM? Different manufacturers? Mixed RAM can cause
  38.    problems.

  40. 5. Hard disk? What sort is it? SCSI?
