- It restores the os2.ini, os2sys.ini and config.sys files from the
- C:\os2\install directory where they are put at install time, to the C:\os2
- directory where they are used. The effect of this is to return the OS/2
- desktop to the default.

- The alt/cntl/f1 (performed when the clock first appears on the blank desktop
- as the system comes up) prevents programs from auto-starting. This is NOT the
- same at the Alt/F1 which restores the desktop to the default.
