  13. Does anybody know how:

  15. 1.  To kill zombie processes.  i.e. the case when you start a DOS VDM,
  16.     and the application dies.  The window close command DOES NOT WORK.
  17.     nor does killem.  
  18.  
  19. 2.  To see the text on the alarm applet.  when I attempt to edit an
  20. alarm time, all the text is black, same as the background.  when I
  21. copy a color over to the alarm, it works, once.  My error messages are
  22. also black on black.  How can I make all my text colors non-black! and
  23. all my backgrounds black?
