  15. EG. I have my modem set up as com1, irq4 and my mouse on the com2, irq3. I

  17. EG. instructions in the computer's manual.  The modem works just fine.  The
  18. EG. mouse works just fine.  But when I boot up it says "COM3 did not install.
  19. EG. The interrupt level is not availible."

  21. I had the same problem...  Fixed it by getting the COM2210 interim fix.
  22. Read the docs which are in that archive and it might help.  Oh, this file
  23. is also called COMGA3 on some boards.  Inside the archive it will be ID'd
